“The Charter of Moo Sool Do charges its members to have reverence for life'; to respect life; and to have as a goal the preservation of life, even that of an enemy. It is also a goal of Moo Sool Do training to develop an appreciation for beauty; beauty of nature; of skill; and of rightness of action. The goals set forth in this charter serve not only to protect life, but to enhance its quality.”

The martial arts of moo sool do

Moo Sool Do is the complete martial art that is taught at Chung’s Black Belt Academy. Moo Sool Do means “Martial Arts United” and incorporates the three major Korean Martial Arts of Tae Kwon Do, Tang Sool Do, and Hap Ki Do. It contains elements of both striking and grappling so that students have a well rounded variety of techniques. Together Tae Kwon Do, Tang Sool Do, and Hap Ki Do form a great blend of self defense, sport, and traditional practice.
