I came back to the martial arts after being away for nearly 30 years…
I have found that Taekwondo has provided what I needed—a diverse physical, mental and spiritual experience, where every part is engaged and tested.
I am a much stronger, more self-assured person than I have been in many years.

Perhaps the most significant benefit we have experienced as a family has been to gain an understanding of one another’s abilities and strengths.
And, it’s nice to know we can count on the boys to teach us and reinforce forms we have learned. We marvel at their abilities to recall forms after one instruction and are
impressed when we see that they have, on their own, even learned higher belt forms. We are proud of them and our association with Chung’s Tae Kwon Do." - Hay Family
"Walker would not be where he is today without the support of Grand Master, Master Teresa and the other instructors, they have been wonderful helping
Walker stay focused and dedicated, and their guidance has made Walker the black belt that he is today.

My martial arts training has greatly improved my mental focus as well as my self-confidence. Grand Master Chung has taught me the value of respect, patience, and discipline.
He is very committed to helping his students achieve higher levels of both physical and mental strength. Grand Master Chung is very enthusiastic when teaching us how Taekwondo can improve our lives by giving us greater focus, strength, and skills. Grand master and his wife, Master Teresa, are very skilled, dedicated, and passionate.

After about six months of training, I remember noticing that I wasn't as tired when I came home from school or during exercise.
Those around you tend to notice the transformation in you before you will. It usually begins with a positive increase in energy, as well as weight loss.
My grades were improving and I was no longer causing trouble during class. When I realized this myself, I was amazed!
I learned that all I ever had to do to make school an all around better experience was apply myself, just as I had learned to do during Tae Kwon Do.
